Who we are

WashLab (“Ren by WashLab”) is a laundry pickup and delivery service at On Nut Soi 28/1, Bangkok, Thailand. In this policy, “we” means WashLab. If you have any question about your information, message us on LINE @660igrsq or email washlabth@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and your name from Google (or LINE) if you sign in with them.
• Your details: name, phone number, pickup and delivery address, and your map pin if you share it.
• Your orders: pickup times, the services you choose, your laundry preferences and notes, bills and payment status.
• Store credit and laundry packages: your balance, top-ups, and pieces used.

We don't collect your card details. Payments by card, PromptPay or bank transfer are handled by your bank or payment provider.

Why we use it

• To collect and return your laundry, and to contact you about your order.
• To send your bill, and to keep your store credit and package up to date.
• To remember your usual choices so booking is quicker.
• To keep proper business and tax records.

We use your information because you ask us to provide our service, and to meet our legal duties. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising. We don't use your information to train or run AI tools.

Who can see it

• Our team, only as needed to handle your orders (for example, a rider sees your address and phone for your pickup).
• Services that run our app and website: Supabase (secure database and sign-in), Google or LINE (if you sign in with them), our email provider (for sign-in codes), and LINE / WhatsApp when you message us.
• Delivery partners: sometimes we use Grab or Lalamove to pick up or deliver your laundry. Their driver gets your name, phone and address for that trip only.
• Google Maps: when you search for your address, what you type is sent to Google to find it.
• Make: sends our team a message about new bookings and payments, with your name, phone and order details.
• On our website: Google Fonts (for the text style) and Trustindex (to show our Google reviews). These may see your device's internet address and may set cookies.
• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Inside the app, each customer can only see their own information. Your data is sent over an encrypted connection.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and details until you delete your account. Order, bill and payment records are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires, even after you delete your account.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to receive a copy of it, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent.

• Change your details any time in the app under My WashLab.
• Delete your account in the app under My WashLab → Delete my account.
• For anything else, message us on LINE and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

On your phone

The app saves a few things on your phone so it works smoothly: that you're signed in, your language, and a copy of your details for faster booking. Signing out removes them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes we'll let you know in the app or on LINE.

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพราะคุณขอใช้บริการของเรา และเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ และไม่ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา เราไม่นำข้อมูลของคุณไปใช้ฝึกหรือใช้กับเครื่องมือ AI

ใครเห็นข้อมูลได้บ้าง

• ทีมงานของเรา เท่าที่จำเป็นในการดูแลออเดอร์ (เช่น ไรเดอร์เห็นที่อยู่และเบอร์โทรเพื่อไปรับผ้า)
• บริการที่ใช้ในการทำงานของแอปและเว็บไซต์: Supabase (ฐานข้อมูลและระบบเข้าสู่ระบบที่ปลอดภัย) Google หรือ LINE (หากคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีเหล่านั้น) ผู้ให้บริการอีเมล (สำหรับรหัสเข้าสู่ระบบ) และ LINE / WhatsApp เมื่อคุณทักแชทหาเรา
• ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง: บางครั้งเราใช้ Grab หรือ Lalamove ในการรับหรือส่งผ้า คนขับจะได้รับชื่อ เบอร์โทร และที่อยู่ของคุณสำหรับเที่ยวนั้นเท่านั้น

เราเก็บข้อมูลนานแค่ไหน

เราเก็บบัญชีและข้อมูลของคุณจนกว่าคุณจะลบบัญชี ส่วนบันทึกออเดอร์ บิล และการชำระเงิน จะเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีของไทยกำหนด แม้ลบบัญชีแล้ว

สิทธิของคุณ

ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) คุณมีสิทธิขอดู แก้ไข ลบ หรือขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ คัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล หรือถอนความยินยอม

• แก้ไขข้อมูล ได้ตลอดเวลาในแอป ที่หน้า WashLab ของฉัน
• ลบบัญชี ได้ในแอป ที่ WashLab ของฉัน → ลบบัญชีของฉัน
• เรื่องอื่นๆ ทักเราทาง LINE เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน

หากไม่พอใจการจัดการข้อมูลของเรา คุณสามารถร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

ข้อมูลในโทรศัพท์ของคุณ

แอปบันทึกข้อมูลบางอย่างไว้ในโทรศัพท์เพื่อให้ใช้งานได้ลื่นไหล เช่น สถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบ ภาษา และสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อการจองที่เร็วขึ้น เมื่อออกจากระบบ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะถูกลบ

การเปลี่ยนแปลง

หากเราแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ เราจะอัปเดตวันที่ด้านบน และจะแจ้งให้ทราบในแอปหรือทาง LINE หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ
